Mardi Gras 2022 was a day to be free and have fun. But I ran into a New Orleans native that had a lot to say about my choice of costume. This situation opened the door to being aware of problems that have been taking place in New Orleans since the time of slavery. What I captured on camera was unexpected and happened at the last minute but I feel that it is something bigger than Mardi Gras.

Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to do a photo/video shoot with Voodoo Chief Divine Prince Tyemmecca. I was really excited about how well the videos blended together.
